Deciding on surgery

I had no complaints about myself when I was younger

But as getting older, I started recognizing my flaws one by one.

When I went out with my friends, people would ask me if I was older than them.

Also, considering the other parts of me, my face was chubby, which made me look fat

I was stressed out, and lost my confidence.

I didn't like myself going that way so I decided the surgery

Plastic Surgery Journey

[On the surgery day]

Ready to be reborn 

I visited several places to improve myself as I was extremely self-conscious about my look.

I was scared because all needed surgeries were to be done at once.

However, I desired to see improvement!

I had the last consultation with my doctor before the surgery, and then went into the operation room.

When I was lying down on the operation bed, I thought "Finally, I am getting the surgery".

A little while after, I fell into deep sleep and when I woke up, I was in the recovery room.

I really wanted to see the outcome already!

[~5 days after surgery]

A long way to go with swelling !!

My face was covered with a bandage and mine was swollen.

I still couldn't tell how it's changed.

I started feeling pain as the anesthesia was going away.

But the discomfort and pain were gone quickly as I got postoperative care at Braun

My doctors checked on me whenever I came in and they took good care of me.

It did help me a lot with the pain.

[Week 1~2]

The line was getting obvious!

I couldn't tell what I looked like for the first week because of the swelling.

After that, the swelling was going away quickly.

For that, taking walks and receiving treatment was truly helpful.

Then, finally, I was able to see the facial line which is different than before.

I did ice and warm pack accordingly to improve swelling faster

After facial contouring, my face became much slimmer than ever.

In fact, I was amazed that my protruding cheeks are gone.

I had hard time eating though because I couldn't open my mouth properly.

I was told that I would be able to one month after the surgery.

I was passing time with patience

[After 2 months]

Starting mouth exercise

I did mouth exercises a lot of times on a daily basis

The more often I did it, the wider I was able to open my mouth.

Later, I didn't struggle to eat any longer.

2 months after, I could see the difference.

I still had a little bit of swelling left but the areas for epicanthoplasty were fully healed.

In addition, I had nose surgery and aculifting.

I was somehow scared to get them all at once so I did nose surgery and aculifting later.

For the first 5 days after the nose surgery (rhinoplasty), I couldn't breathe well because of the cottons inside my nose.

But from the 5th day when I got the splint out, my nose looks so slimmer.

And the double chin that I couldn't get rid of with losing weight, was totally gone!

The outcome of nose surgery and aculifting at Braun was exceptional!

[After 6 months]

So natural-looking, I love it!

My facial line is so natural-looking.

I am so satisfied with my new face in overall too.

My higher nose, bigger eyes and the V-line which my friends find so perfect!

Everything is now in harmony with one another.
