Deciding surgery

This is our patient's honest personal review

Before the surgery at Braun, I wasn't sure if the surgery was truly necessary

I was quite tall and already had double eyelids even before the surgery at Braun.

I also had my nose done, which gave me already such a defined look.

If I looked at my face, I didn't look good enough.

Each facial feature was satisfying separately, but all together as a complete look, it wasn't.

My face did look dull even along with the double eyelids.

What's even worse is that even though I already had my nose done, I still couldn't have any modern or stylish looking face.

Once I realized that the reason why I got rejected by a man that I had crush on was my face, I decided to go ahead with Braun.

I wanted to surprise people with a better looking-face and wanted to boost my lost confidence.

I had consultation with several clinics but I had to be extra thoughtful as I wanted lots of different surgeries all at once.

After checking the medical team's skills, post-operative care and safety, I ended up with Braun.

Braun appeared to perfectly reach my expectation.

Her face looked quite big due to the over-developed side cheeks and jaw.

Along with that, her eyes didn't appear to be clear or defined.

As for her nose, as a result of the incorrect rhinoplasty, her nose wasn't high enough, yet long.

This made her face look longer, wider and dull.

These are what I hear from those who I meet for the first time after a long while.

If I became a completely different person or artificial-looking face, I would've been so frustrated.

I am glad that the outcome came out natural-looking.

It's like my charming point came to stand out whereas my weak points are gone.

Until consultation at Braun, I thought all faces after plastic surgery would be the same.

However, Braun assured me that my one of a kind features would remain, and only improve my flaws.

Plastic Surgery Journey

[On the surgery day]

Mixed feelings...excited and nervous....

I became way more nervous as the day came closer.

I was excited to get pretty but at the same time, still concerned.

Though, the doctor at Braun comforted me by joking with me.

Also, he kindly talked me through the surgery process and method.

The anesthesiologist asked me to countdown 5, and soon as I reached 4, I fell asleep.

When I woke up, I was already in the recovery room.

I felt dizzy and pukish as the anesthesia was wearing away.

I asked the medical team for help, and they all kindly took care of me.

That was very helpful.

[~5 days after surgery]

I focused on deswelling !

My face was covered with the bandage and a splint.

It was quite surprising as my face was never this swollen ever before.

Of course, I was worried as I thought it might not go away.

At Braun, the postoperative treatment was perfect, and even when I asked the same question over again and again, they responded to me in a friendly way, which I do appreciate.

[Week 1~2]

I am becoming prettier every day.

The swelling went away every day!

The days 2~4 were definitely challenging. 

However, after that, the swelling started to wear away real quick.

I was very excited for the upcoming prettier face.

For deswelling, post-operative care is as important as individual's health condition.

Braun's post-operative care itself is again, amazing.

Speaking of post-operative care, I did get my nose done before but this kind of treatment was never given to me.

Weekly swelling treatment did play a huge role for the faster recovery.

After fat grafting at Braun, my skin got more elastic and I look much younger than my actual age.

Even in the morning when my face is somehow puffy, it's still slimmer than before the surgery.

I do love my now face.

[After 2 months]

My face is definitely slimmer now!

I check on my face every morning, and I am surprised at how dramatic the change is.

My cheekbones got smaller along with the chin.

As for the nose, it became more pointy and defined.

MY friends would ask me where I got the surgery.

I confidently look at myself in the mirror.

One month after the surgery at Braun, I could eat food without any problem.

I looked different.

My wide and dull face now became slimmer with defined eyes, nose and facial line.

I still have some swelling left.

I am looking forward to the final result after the remaining swelling's gone.

[After 6 months]

I became "PRETTY" and I am happy.

I see so many changes after 6 months.

First, I became confident.

I always have a positive vibe and my personality became more outgoing and positive too.

The guy I used to have crush on, treats me differently now.

At first, I went ahead with the plastic surgery at Braun because of him but now it changed my whole lift.

Thanks to my boosted self-esteem, I feel like I can go through any kind of challenge in front of me now.

Definitely, Braun was such a perfect decision and I am so satisfied!
